What are the requirements to receive vending machine services for my establishment?
In order to receive a snack or drinks vending machine, your establishment must have a minimum of 25 employees and the vending machine must be placed in a visible area. Hotels and motels must have a minimum of 50 guest rooms. Apartment complexes must have a minimum of 50 units.
How much will it cost to receive vending machine services for my establishment?
All vending machine services provided by Empire State Vending are free. We provide the vending machine, install it, conduct regular refills, and handle any maintenance issues at no cost to you.
How long does it take to receive a vending machine?
It takes 15-30 days to receive a snack or drink vending machine. Your vending machine service will begin immediately upon receiving the vending machine.
What size will the vending machine be?
Empire State Vending has vending machines of various sizes. A site visit will be conducted to determine the appropriate vending machine size and model for your establishment.
Who chooses the products placed in my vending machines?
Your team can choose the snacks and drinks that will be placed in your vending machine or allow us to create a custom product selection for you based on the most popular products in your area.
How often will my vending machine be serviced?
Empire State Vending will service your vending machine based on the needs of your establishment, whether that is weekly or bi-weekly.
What happens if my vending machine needs repair?
